Subscription Cancellation & Data Retention Policy

If your subscription is cancelled or expires and is not renewed, your website and related services may be suspended immediately.

All website files, databases, content, user data, media, and backups will be permanently deleted 3 days after the subscription termination date.

After this 30-day retention period, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Web Genius California LLC will not retain any copies of your website, database, or related information, and no restoration or recovery will be possible.

We strongly recommend that you download and back up any important data before cancelling your subscription or before the 3-days retention period expires.

Token Usage & Billing

A valid payment card is required for AI token usage. Your payment method will be securely stored and used exclusively for AI token consumption.

Token charges are billed directly to your account based on actual usage. As your AI Assistant or AI Agent consumes tokens, the corresponding amount will be automatically charged to your registered payment method.

You only pay for the tokens your AI services use.
